RETURNS and EXCHANGES We want you to be happy, which is why we would like to talk to you before you buy. We know that not every item will be a perfect fit, even after our conversation, so we have a convenient return policy.
RETURN POLICY Footwear may be returned, provided that it is unworn, in its original box, and in "as new" condition. You will have 10-30 days to return your items, depending on whether they are seasonal or sale items, or styles we carry year-round.

Shipping is not refundable
All items returned are subject to inspection. Items that are not in completely resaleable condition, and include the original box, will be returned to you, and will not be refunded.
Items returned due to possible manufacturing defect will either be replaced or repaired at our own discretion, but please call to explain before sending them to us. 215-862-4455. Credit refunds for returns are issued within 72 hours.
EXCHANGE POLICY If you would like to exchange the item you ordered, just call to let us know what you would like in exchange, and what you are returning. Footwear may be exchanged, provided that: it is unworn, in it's original packaging, and in "as new" condition. You will have 10-30 days to exchange your items.
